Hands of Faith & Help is committed to provide companionship services for the elderly/disabled to assist with the activities of daily living (ADLs). We provide engaging activities, manage prescriptions, light housework and are capable of running slight errands to meet the needs of our clients.
- Grocery shopping
- Prescription Management (Vacation overrides, refills, ect.)
- Engaging Activities (Painting, Picnics, Field Trips, ect) activities are based on the clients interest as well.
- Log Vitals if necessary
- Coordinate Appointments
what we do:
We understand that the elderly/disabled have A life and love to maintain their independence and WE would like to encourage that to continue by providing the services necessary to do so. Loved ones would love to see their family members in the care of someone who is capable of providing trustworthy service.
